The ideal pre-workout complex

I have had a lot of different pre-workouts over the last few years. Overall this is one of the best I've had. It has a high dosage of citrulline and beta-alanine. These are the two most important ingredients in my opinion. It has a decent dosage of caffeine without being over the top. Total War is the perfect balance to keep you energized without going overboard. Sour Gummy is pretty tasty and I have 2 other flavors I want to try.
