Review on Circulon Nonstick Bakeware 11 Inch 17 Inch by Adam Bonde

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Well, if nothing burns

A good thing and the perfect size. I love Circulon and it has been used for everything from toasting garlic bread to searing steaks. No matter what we use, it cleans effortlessly, even when burned. I wore out the first one, it still works but it has dark spots on it and I've replaced it. That would be my only criticism that it doesn't last as long as I would like. It still works well and is still non-stick, but it has stains that I can't get rid of and are now enough to make me wonder how clean it is. And of course, Circulon is all expensive. But it works for me and that's all I use. UPDATE 11/24/12: Well, after using this new one to roast veggies, I realized that even if the veggies are brown and sticky, it's not good at all if you light something on it. The ridges, which are so good for sauces and thinner things, catch and hold browned/burnt foods, and while they're easy to free from stuck unburned foods, the burnt bits get caught in the ridges and are really difficult or impossible to clean. I even used a cleaning brush and couldn't completely remove the discoloration, which makes me wonder how clean it really is. I used to have 4 stars but now I give 3 stars, 2 or less if you fry something on it.
