Only rings once when calling

I've spent hours getting the system to work. The phone only rings once for an incoming call and cannot be changed at all. Neither in the menu, nor when calling Amazon tech support, nor when contacting Motorola for help. Don't waste your time or money. Absolutely disappointed.
