I bought this blazer in size XL. The clasp rests just below my belly button so it's unlikely to close. The sleeves are large and loose which is disappointing but not a problem. I'm 5'9", 36 DD, 36" waist, 13" biceps and 47" hips. Just so you know he has shoulder pads.
