I bought this bag because I liked the color and the understated design. I was ready to downsize my hefty shoulder bag to make it easier to carry everyday and for that kind of everyday use it's great! A few stationery, a few medicines, a few files and a sketchbook fit in easily. Adding my computer and its cable changer and/or wireless mouse makes things cramped but still manageable. Where I encountered a small problem when trying to use this bag for a flight. It's the right size for an airplane, but I found I couldn't really fill the bag to its full capacity - even when I made the most of one compartment, the other slots became too narrow to accommodate anything else. There's a zipper at the bottom that lets you open about an inch of extra space, but that doesn't make a noticeable difference to me. The plastic loops that the strap attaches to are really unreliable too. I've regularly attached and removed the clips to attach a water bottle, to store a shoulder strap, etc., but after a few weeks of daily use, one of the plastic clips broke. I was able to salvage the bag by tying the strap through the loop, but it was a shame to see it wasn't made for heavy use or regular exercise.
