I bought 4 of these trees in early 2020; So far I have only used the tree once for an event. Three trees are still holding, but one had a clearly faulty wire and broke right at the fuse crossing that could not be connected or even repaired. I contacted customer service who tried to tell me to hire a professional to connect the cables, using the excuse that "Amazon" wouldn't allow us to replace it for you. Ordered a new tree. For reference the new 2021 gold is different from the champagne gold 2019/2020 so they are different colored and also interesting that the new wire is transparent and the fuse connection seems much more secure. This leads the consumer to believe they knew the product's wiring was bad/faulty and would not have supported their old product. I'm a little mad at myself for buying back from this seller, but I needed a fourth tree to complete the set.
