July 2021 Update: WOW I'm a satisfied customer again! I'm so glad Leweth has a lifetime guarantee and that I took the time to register it! They sent me a new keyboard and so far it's working great. I'm uploading it now... The support team is very responsive, friendly and helpful... please note that there is a time difference when sending emails. It connected to my iPad right away, the light works and it actually goes to sleep when it's closed... I had to make sure it was set correctly, which is why I hear the lock screen click. The only other thing that seems different to me is the slight wobble of the hinge as I type this. Time will tell how it works (fingers crossed). The touchpad works with all gestures and the keys are pleasantly "clicky". However, I am very satisfied and as I said, the customer service of this company is simply great! UPDATE JULY 2021: Several buttons randomly stopped working and I ordered this for Christmas and have a feeling it should last over 5 months! I give this one 2 stars (mainly because it was great when it worked). Today I can't use the 'n' or 'f' keys and it's VERY annoying! I've tried everything... charging, messing around with bluetooth... it's time to contact support about the warranty. I'm SO HAPPY I made the choice to do this! Keys feel nice, click nicely, big, backlight is awesome, also comes with a USB/Type-C charging cable. Bluetooth connection is very easy, no problem. The touchpad works very well and can be easily turned off while typing to avoid hitting it with your hands and causing jumps. I need to learn touchpad gestures, but so far so good. The case feels solid and the Apple Pencil is magnetically attached to charge and sit while typing. I bought the rose gold version, beautiful! The hinge moves slightly, I hope it can withstand a lot, time will tell, but for now I'm not too worried. I really feel like I made a BIG CHOICE with this keyboard case! I couldn't justify the cost of a magic keyboard and this is the perfect case for me. It seems the makers have put a lot of thought into this product and I appreciate the attention to detail. Thank you for making a really good product that works great
