Buying this set was one of my best decisions. This makes interacting with others on a motorcycle a pleasure. The included speakers look like they don't produce the best possible sound, but they definitely aren't. They are loud and clear. I had to buy some smaller speakers for my Scorpion R2000 helmet as it fits the helmet snugly (the speakers that came with this set were too big and banged on my ears) but even these speakers work great. I use the Sena every time I ride my motorcycle and have used it to listen to music, make phone calls and chat with other people. Even at high speeds, you can easily hear people, and the noise-cancelling microphone lets others hear you just as well. I also like the controller's low profile. It's not as bulky as many other Bluetooth headset devices. My only concern is that there is no velcro on either side for the battery, but I just used an extra velcro for the mic to attach mine to the back of my helmets and it seems to work really well. (It does include a double wand for that though)
