I loved this Chromebook. It was great value and seemed good on paper. I've seen 1-2 star reviews complaining about the screen quality, but I've also seen a lot of good reviews so I figured there would always be a few complaints. I was seriously wrong. The screen is so bad it's almost impossible to use it. The viewing angle is so poor that it's difficult to keep the top of the screen in focus when aligning the bottom of the screen, and vice versa. The resolution is poor, but the viewing angles make it terrible. Anyway, I'm sending it back. I just bought Lenovo Flex 5 for $270 and it's a HUGE difference. Incomparable also in the quality of the screen and the overall assembly. I'm so glad I didn't force myself to just give it a try and hope it would be ok.
