The product is very low quality, not what you need at all.

This is undoubtedly an unfinished Apple product that is being put to the test in real life.

See what the service center has to say. After the warranty expires, I anticipate having to purchase new ones. And Apple is not likely to be it.

The repair shop replaced both headphones while leaving my case. After another six months (!) had gone, the right earpiece started to rattle once more.

I mostly use it as a headset. currently, just the left ear. See if they swap it out this time. The warranty is already past its prime.
I've read that the microphone's clogging for noise reduction is to blame for this.

 2: Apple has admitted that headphones manufactured before October 2022 have a flaw. 

Pros

Active noise canceling and soundproofing are effective. The majority of the positive ratings come from customers who recently purchased these headphones. I'm hoping they'll return later to update their reviews.

Cons

One of the headphones started to shake six months later. A year later, the same thing happened again. These headphones have a significant reliability issue. Be ready for continuous change. You can get them an Apple Extended Warranty.
