I like that it is very easy for me as an admin user (no coding knowledge)to add new users in my organization using this tool without any hassle or delay from support team. It also has good reporting features which helps us understand our business performance well at real time basis. Also we can easily track all activities done by each employee through its activity log feature available here only. Sometimes when i try adding some other fields such as department etc.,it doesn't allow me do so even though there are no errors displayed while doing same but still unable t edit those particular field once added into system. So please check if you have enabled these options before trying them out otherwise they will not be visible after saving changes made during editing process. We need something where employees details alongwith his/her work profile gets updated automatically whenever he uploads files via SFTP connection. This saves lot of manual effort required to update records everytime manually.
