Unfortunately it's cute but too short

Very cute shirt but size 7 for my little daughter who is 6-7 years old was too short. It's a little big on the shoulders/body so I can't find the right size for the length. He is circumcised so that when she raises her arms, her breasts are almost bared. Unfortunately you have to send it back.
