Honestly I just bought a helmet because it's just such a good idea. But today I rolled over while riding my ATV and the first thing that hit the ground was this helmet which took all the force perfectly. I'm a big guy so it's a long way down but my head is fine just a little bit messed up. All in all a very comfortable helmet, broken and still in perfect shape. The only thing you have to do is make sure you are sized correctly and it is definitely not a winter helmet as it directs the air directly at your head so be careful.
