When these arrived, they were well packaged however, the exterior of the packages were really sticky when handled. I had to open them and wash my hands before removing the curtains. The curtains did not have the sticky stuff on them and were in good shape.I don't like window treatments of any kind and with a fenced in yard I don't feel they are needed. My husband disagrees and has complained for 3 years so I wanted that gave him the feeling of privacy. These are sheer but because of the scrim and the poofs, they feel a bit more solid creating the feeling of privacy with making me feel trapped in a box!I ordered 2 sets. One set was a 1 1/2" shorter than the other and this was obvious when they were hung along side other panels of the same length. I did need a third set for a shorter window so I just turned these sideways to use in that window and ordered a third set which came and were the same length as all the others (84"). They are well made and hang nicely.
