opened the box, took out the ink and the plastic wrap, had to take the lid off and by that time I had the ink on my finger, put the cartridges in my printer and me then cleaned. So I use my black ink more than both, so I usually print multiple copies, but they came out light black. yes i am very disappointed. Well I wanted to try my color before sending this to you, I made a copy of the thank you card, also the colors aren't that good so something is wrong here, not at these prices. I'm not happy at all.
