I like that it is easy to use, has an intuitive interface (especially compared with other tools), can be accessed remotely via mobile device/tablet without any issues of connectivity etc., which makes this tool very useful when you have employees who work outside your physical offices but still need access at times throughout their day so as not miss anything important! It's free software; however there isn't much room left within our organization where we could consider adding more functionality such additional fields per task type would really help us out here - especially if some new features were added by third parties too!! We're able track all tasks performed during each shift including time spent working along side colleagues using chat functions provided through its application programming interfaces(APIs). This helps ensure no one gets overlooked even though everyone might otherwise get lost amongst others while busy doing things independently away-from-.
