The ease of use, and how quickly it adapts to changes in the business. It allows for flexibility in my operation. I can easily update information with the customer without having to make an extra trip back into the office. There are some glitches that come up from time to time in regards to updating new products and promotions. However, this is usually resolved within hours or days. It's great if you're a small business and need a computer system that works right off the bat. I'm able to track inventory, sales, orders, etc. all at once in one place!
