We've been preserving tomatoes the old fashioned way for years, but due to age we decided to buy one of these newfangled machines. I don't know why I've never done this before, I can literally make tomato clusters in under an hour, quick and easy, no fuss, no fuss, good quality equipment. There is one downside though, my model had some sort of plastic feet instead of rubber feet which caused it to slide on the table when in use. I went to the hardware store and bought matching rubber feet which cost me about $2. Install them and this thing is to die for, never going back to the old ways, enough power to make raw tomatoes.
