Just wanted to let you know that the manufacturer contacted me and said they have a bad batch that we are making the same loud noise, they sent me within two days given a 100% refund. I respect a company that treats its customers right. When you press it to open the jar, it makes a loud noise like it's about to explode. It looks like the engine is running hard. Just to open a can. I'm sending it back, haven't even used it yet but would like to try and open the tin. But it sounded like it was broken.
