So I feel ripped off

Every small bag has a bottom and top band, but almost every other bag has one of the bands (sometimes bottom and sometimes top) completely DRY and not sticking to teeth . So I feel ripped off as I only get about half or a little more streaks and the rest just comes out dry and unusable. I would appreciate if the seller did something to improve this for me as I was confident that any white crest stripes would work in this box to allow me to get the full effect as advertised.
