Very dirt-repellent! It is now the middle of winter, the air in the house is very dry and warm, and our girl woke up with a profuse nosebleed. The blanket was covered in blood and I was sure I would have to order a new one, but no! Even though the blood on the blanket was completely dry, I soaked it under cold water and ran my fingernail over the bloody spots and it really did come out so easily. No sign of blood. Except for this great part. This blanket is exactly what I was looking for for the little one. This is not a comforter with a filling, just two pieces of fabric sewn together, so it is very breathable. It's lightweight and the perfect size for our 14 month old to sleep in. This is her protective blanket and she loves it too. Due to the cost and durability of the comforter, I'm ordering a few more. White is the same as the picture. Very beautiful and bright strong colors. I liked the blanket for such a price!
