I was looking for a way to condition my curls on a daily basis without using heat. So I ordered them to try and get the same results. My hair has been natural for almost 3 years and it is very curly (with tight curls). I washed my hair, applied a deep conditioner, blow dried it and ironed it that night. I parted the hair into sections and curled them with 1 inch and 5/8 inch curlers. When I woke up my curls were beautiful, bouncy and full of life. My curls got tighter from curling them all the way through, and they got looser as the day went on. It was perfect for me, my curls lasted all day and I could do it every day without heat. Now, if I follow the same process and use 1 1/2 inch rollers, I get bigger, looser curls, and they're also nice, bouncy, and last all day. When I was younger and used foam rollers they left dents in my hair, this satin over foam and satin foam roller makes a huge difference. My curls were flawless, no dents. One of the best investments in my natural hair care routine.
