The iPad case arrived on time and I was happy to replace my broken case. After the change I was happy to see that the case was solid so I was very happy with the product. It wasn't until a week later that I found out that the problem was with the magnetic closure. It wouldn't close, so my iPad was going out of power the entire time. I wrote to the seller directly. They were helpful and tried to help with troubleshooting. When it was determined that the item was indeed defective, they were able to send a replacement straight away. The new cover works as it should. Very happy with the attention and service. Would buy again!
