Due to the confusing reviews I was not sure I would spend money on this product. Well this works great for me. Someone wrote that there are no instructions - I'm just looking at the picture. Others said that it had a weak wire - the husband does not jump when his hair is cut. Yes the plastic is flimsy - if it breaks use tape. Some people had issues with the neck sizing - maybe the quality control isn't very good and the defective ones made their way. Mine is perfect for a tall adult male. The other problem was hair loss - I just went outside and turned it upside down. Another "problem" was folding it for storage - I twisted it into a figure eight and used a clip to keep it small. Yes, I would buy this product again. Conclusion: NO HAIRS ON THE FLOOR!
