Winter Wonderland

I bought this for my 3 month old son. Now he's more amused by lights and ceiling fans so since I needed a night light anyway I tried that. It was about $5 or more at local stores, FYI. So I ordered it from Revain along with other things I needed. The sphere has a lens that can only be rolled vertically. You plug it in and it projects onto the ceiling or wall. It's clean and bright for a normal ceiling height, not bad for 14-foot ceilings (like my room or my son's room) that also have a vaulted ceiling. Anything over 14 feet can result in some snowflake/snowman projection blur. Although it's not that bad. It's weird that they put the light sensor on the bottom of the light base and I think you would put it on the top or front so it can detect more effectively? They probably did it for a reason, maybe the light from the projection would highlight it, so it would make sense then. Oddly enough, it works when the room is bright enough. The room should be bright enough for a reasonable amount of light to bounce off the floor. Otherwise I think it's pretty cool! I think I'll buy the Space too. Oh I thought about it, but you can't hook it up the wrong way around, so the sensor is up, not down. HAHAHA, he builds a snowman on his head! LOL LOL maybe the light of the projection would make it stand out then it would make sense. Oddly enough, it works when the room is bright enough. Oh, I thought about that, but you can't connect it backwards, so the sensor is on top, not on bottom. HAHAHA, he builds a snowman on his head!
