This is one product I highly recommend because you are able to track your business' finances easily which helps ensure optimal profitability. In order to make sure all transactions are properly recorded there should be more than 1 person responsible for entering information into each transaction field. If used by an organization who has never worked within such environment before then they may have difficulty understanding how everything works together as well as having trouble learning new features added over time. When purchasing this program our main concern was being sure we had enough resources available so when making decisions about what would work best, cost efficiency also needed consideration. Being able to access reports from anywhere at anytime via mobile devices really helped us get things done quickly and efficiently.
