Not square suitable for measuring and scribing tools
not the case. I was trying to straighten a closet door with this tool and it showed that two corners on one side were blunt. I thought it was very unlikely so I used two other squares and both showed that the door was square. I then decided to compare Milescraft's square to several other squares and both showed that Milescraft's square wasn't actually a square. I then tested the Milescraft square on a known rectangular machined block of steel. Again, Milescraft's square turned out not to be a square. I can't think of an application where a non-square square would be useful, so I threw it in the trash and moved on. I will never buy a Milescraft tool again.
