Save yourself disappointments! (Always test new batteries first!)

I know what you're going to say, just get it out of the way now. I'm sure after so many years there was an easier way to get rid of all that water, but those days are long gone. After many innovative rustic frustration solutions (paste duct tape and such), we bought SojiTEK's Terapump on Revain Prime. So it's worth it! It is a small, no-frills pump with an alarm auto shut-off to prevent overflow accidents. Super light and very quiet. The impeller and motor are pretty powerful for what you get. Let me tell you, we love this. I don't know how many full buckets of Home Depot water we've taken from the landfill, but this little pup made it! One point against that, it eats your batteries. If it could tell you the power was low, or if there was a power cord option, that waterbed job would be done a lot quicker. When it shut off I initially thought it was losing suction due to a possible hole in the hose. . @At that time we had connected a garden hose and pumped water into the yard like a master. We used self-adhesive tape for the connection. The problem is that there wasn't enough power to push the water out of the hose, causing it to shut itself off automatically. After removing the garden hose to inspect the pump hose further, we tried new batteries and voila! Back in business! I just kept spare batteries handy. By this point we were out of duct tape and resorted to buckets. No more waterbed! In general, the project of the day was a success! I'm sure it will be a useful tool for fueling lawnmowers and similar equipment, as well as pumping water barrels for the garden! THANK YOU SO MUCH! LET'S DO THIS!
