I expected a much better product. We had three West Bend hourly timers maybe 10 years ago and loved them. They were fairly reliable, easy to set up, and very easy to read from an angle. However, this new model is tricky to set up and if you try to view/read them from a slight angle you get a spooky/faded background of liquid number patterns. Not only that, when it is 4pm the clock shows 4pm which together with a ghost number printed in the background creates confusion and prevents you from seeing the correct time. Very disappointed, I ordered it thinking the quality would be the best. just like in the past. I suggest you don't waste your money on this unless you want a product that doesn't live up to the quality of the past! I am not happy!
