First of all I have a lot of chlorine in my water. I was filling the tub when my niece (6) was visiting and she came in and asked why it smelled like a pool, there is so much chlorine in my water. My setup ran into some unforeseen issues as my installation had nothing to do with the device, so it took me a while to get it installed and ready for review. However, I think I'll have to get something the size of an entire house, my water is much better now. It's only in the kitchen but from the very first glass you could barely smell the chlorine in my water and there were other flavors (not sure what they were, was afraid to test my water at this point) that were removed . I still smell a little chlorine but I didn't expect I couldn't, it's just that we have so much chlorine in our water. Now I feel better with boiling water and when I put the kettle on I get water instead of water jugs. Boiling water takes the smell away, but every once in a while I get thirsty and want water, so I get some. I also make juice, tea etc with water from it so my purchase of water jugs has drastically reduced. I still use jugs of cold water, but my husband has stopped drinking this and uses a dispenser. and it's literally all in my head, he says he no longer smells and he tastes great. On the other hand, he drinks water from big branded bottles, it tastes like dirt, that's something. I would buy one of these again if I were to move if I didn't take this one with me, which is the holder. But seriously, do they make them for the whole house?
