I like how BIR is constantly updating its services so they're always staying ahead of trends within our business world! The best part for me personally has been working directly w/ my contact team members as well since it's all done electronically which makes things easy peasy!! Nothing really stands out right now- but overall this program seems very user friendly. Take some time during training if any questions come up (they do sometimes) just reach back into support via email or live chat because there will be people around who can help answer those kinds qs easily too :) It definitely helps having such an amazing group backing us through each step forward towards success. ! The firm is very professional yet personable when dealing directly one-on time - I like this! It's not easy being away from my family for so long during business hours but they make it work by having me come into town every other weekend or weekend (depending where i am). They do an excellent job of keeping up communication between myself as well as all members within our department including managing partners/ senior attorneys who don't always get enough attention otherwise!!
