The ease of use makes this software easy to learn, and it is also intuitive enough that even non-technical users can start using it without any training or assistance from our team. It's not very customizable at all. Also, while you may get a lot out of their free trial version, there aren't many features in it which prevents us from getting an accurate assessment of how much support they provide. They did have some nice integrations with Quickbooks Online but those were few & far between. We primarily used this product as our central database to track client contacts and tasks.
