Very crisp and clear sound. There's not a lot of bass, but for the price and build quality, it'd be hard to beat these headphones for clear, reproducible sound. They also come in a box with Comply foam inserts. EDIT: I've had these headphones for a year now and they still work. I ended up buying another set for my wife and we both use it almost every day at work. In my original review, I mentioned that there wasn't much bass, but if you use the Comply foam ear tips and put the headphones on properly, they improve the bass and noise-cancelling significantly. These headphones are an absolute steal for the price! I would definitely recommend them and plan to buy another set if anything happens to them. Meze's customer service is also excellent, very responsive and friendly!
