The best part of outfunnel is its ease in using as compared to other apps available for this purpose. It has helped us analyze our target audience's behavior better which helps us market accordingly. There are many features I like most about this app but one thing that can be improved upon would be their customer support team in case you face any issues while using the application. We have analyzed how we can reach our customers with more precision and help them take actions at right time. This tool has really saved me valuable time by making it possible to check what my target audiences do before they actually visit the site or place an order etc. It also connects well with Salesforce so that when someone wants information from his colleagues, he gets connected without needing extra effort. Outfunnel is a very user-friendly platform. We've been able to connect our HubSpot and Pipedrive leads to our CRM to create a more efficient process for our sales team. I would love to see some more integrations with other platforms such as Salesforce. The platform is easy to use and has a simple interface.
