I wish I had bought this sooner! My 2 and 4 year olds have a lot of shoes that used to soil our entryway. I finally got fed up stumbling across it for the millionth time. Delivery was quick and set up was even quicker. It only took me about 5 minutes to unpack and assemble everything. No tools required! I haven't had any issues with the pieces not fitting together, nor have I had any tilt or balance issues. I wish the rack could hold more than 24 pairs of shoes, but I'm thinking about getting two more racks for the rest of my kid's shoes and for my shoes. We tested my husband's size 13 shoes on a cleat and I will say that this cleat is probably better suited to smaller/slim/light shoes. The counter didn't quite sit or rotate because his clown shoes were hanging down and rattling against each other.
