The customer service is amazing, they are always willing to help you out with any questions or concerns that arise throughout your process of obtaining information from their database! I have had no issues so far as using this website for my personal research needs (i am an investigator). It's very easy-to use!! If there were more options available when searching through different databases it could be helpful if looking at multiple sources/sources within 1 search bar but overall i do not think anything about tusdata has been negative thusfar - everything seems great.
