I am writing a review for a service I received. My camera came quickly, some cool attachments and goodies. The book was easy to understand and the camera was easy to set up and use. I used it at an event and when I watched the video on the camera itself everything looked fine. but when i opened the files on my computer, the video was very blurry, jerky, constantly freezing and pixelated. There was a loud chirp every time zoom or anything was pressed. I contacted the seller and they offered help very quickly. I did a factory reset and tried the test video. the same problems remain. The seller thought it was defective and gave me the money back under warranty. Excellent customer service. The camera itself was perfect. if it wasn't broken. small light. didn't feel cheap, the touchscreen worked well. I can try again.
