Used and gross in cosmetics

I was so angry when I opened the mascara to see that not only was it already opened and USED! Then the wand broke when I pulled it out of the tube! I've bought this mascara before with no problems. This should never happen, especially when I'm paying $24 for a tube, I'm SO irritated!
