Really impressed how well this works. I am on a keto diet and eat spinach salads almost every day. packaged spinach doesn't last a week without softening (at best) or soft, slimy goose bumps (at worst). Fresh spinach will stay fresh for over a week in this bag. Eventually some of the leaves will soften but I just throw them away and the remaining leaves are still crunchy! IMPORTANT: the bag must be moist, just keeping it in the fridge is not enough. I forgot to "water" it and the spinach became soft and slimy like plastic bags. I just sprinkle 1/4 cup of water on the bag everyday and it helps. No need to drip, just keep it wet.
