I was concerned how they would fit but they are perfect. I'm 5ft 7in, 165lbs and the medium size fits very well (see picture). If you are taller it should still fit as the sleeves are longer. Since the sleeves are tight (okay), they stay inside. place so that you can distribute the twists evenly on your arm. If you have short arms like me, sleeves that go past the wrist and look too long will be eliminated. I would say a medium size might fit you well if you are 5ft 7" to 5" 10". So if you're in that size range, feel free! FYI, I just ordered another shirt before you print this review! Highly recommended.
