My phone fell HARD!

I bought this for one time use not expecting much - I have a waterproof phone but I hate when I can't charge my phone because there isn't a port yet so have I decided to buy it and take it to the water park. It went like this for an hour. I was on a smoke break and my Galaxy S10+ fell right off my neck and crashed to the floor. Luckily I didn't remove the case from my phone. That's great for a wallet, but it will sag under the weight of your phone. No Bueno.
