Incredibly disappointed in this product

Received the item today and couldn't be more disappointed. Literally in the first step of assembly you put 4 bolts in two posts to connect the two side panels. One of the screw holes has been trimmed to prevent the screw from screwing in. Therefore, it cannot be collected. I can't really comment on the durability or quality of the product once assembled as we didn't get past the first phase of assembly. The remaining three screws are tightened normally. Total waste of $40.
