Excellent winter gloves. They're made of nylon or some other man-made outer shell with thin insulation to keep you warm and allow you freedom of movement. I was surprised at their fit. They come in S/M and L/XL sizes and fit just right. I have small hands and size S/M is perfect for me. They have excellent thermal insulation and the inner lining is smooth but feels more like velvet than silk. I tried using my smartphone and was able to trigger some alerts both via email and text message. You have to exaggerate your movements a bit, but the synthetic leather on the palm, which ends in the index and thumb, allows you to manipulate the touchscreen. These are good gloves that fit well and are also warm and touchscreen compatible.
