This simple little device is amazing! A must if you love pineapple! I HATE paying close to $5 for a cored pineapple, although my girls and I love it, and I HATE cutting up a whole (albeit much cheaper) pineapple. I'm terrible at it, spent a bunch and almost cut off my finger. This thing is the ANSWER! You won't believe how easily it turns (I was sure it would pull hard). I tell you smooth and easy! Cut off the top, center it, twist it and pull it up when you touch the bottom (it doesn't even take a minute). Remove the top handle and remove the spool. chopped pineapple. It's almost like magic. Every time I use it I want to run out onto the street and find someone to tell me how awesome this thing is. OK. i sound a little crazy But really, this thing is cool! a few pineapples and I'm getting paid up front thanks to the money I saved cutting and coring.
