I love this printer! the best 3D printer

Failed Media loads Great printer Accurate, prints tabs well, very fast Fast movements almost instantaneous Prints come out great, PLA adheres great to glass at standard temp (35C) with glue stick provided Main flaw I found and it's a printer flaw After that, when you level the printer, it moves back to the right and pulls the filament, and if the spool is low and has a tight curve from being rolled tightly toward the end of the spool, it breaks right at the top of the extruder each times. If you don't do this your print will fail if you don't print by hand if you use the Kr empe or print the skirt. a good printer does this every time. Another thing is that I have a streak. With all the force of the extruder (I think that's it), it rubs against the lip on the back of the printer and squeaks. You can fix something so it doesn't get stuck. For my first printer and that I work with CNC machines and have experience in drawing, it wasn't difficult for me to master the software. I use Solidworks as my CAD software and my problem is just getting used to the settings that can be used for printing. General Thoughts: I love this printer, the filament could be cheaper for half the third party and the slicer could go into more detail on all the features, but it's accurate, very fast and reliable! Now I noticed some friction points on the front X-axis pilot. So that tells me the rod isn't directly in line with the other. And I can't tell if the same thing happens with the Y axis because it's difficult to get there easily when you want to clean it. The printer's design could have been easier to clean, but it isn't. It sounds rough compared to my buddy's Qiti printer and I don't use it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week like him. Dong What did this because it is made of glass and has to withstand temperatures of up to 100Β°C. Printable only at 70Β°C. So I contacted Dremel and after lots of emails and calls they sent me a new build plate. I asked them about the X-axis wear but it didn't help. Prints are still good, but with a warped build plate, I can only print within a 4x4 area using Digilab's default settings. Oh, the build plate is warped -0.17mm from the center of the plate. So I had to print about 50% of the first layer to get bigger prints. So if the indentations start sticking and I don't know why, check my axle for warping or wear. Otherwise good prints with the new settings.

Pros
  • Fully enclosed, durable plastic construction with a 6.7" x 10" x 6" displacement offers better print quality, better safety and less risk of deformation. Activated carbon and particulate filters also integrated
Cons
  • Large and bulky
