I ordered one of these this year and we love it. Eggs cooked to perfection - poached, scrambled, soft boiled, hard boiled. I ordered another one for the dacha. Not the same at all. The design has changed. The dome is higher (okay), now the buzzer is very loud and annoying (hate), but the main thing is that it doesn't boil eggs. No matter what type. I've tried adjusting the water level but haven't yet found the amount to cook a poached egg or boiled omelet. I didn't try eggs in the shell as I couldn't see if the egg was cooked until it broke and then it would be too late. Very disappointed, especially since we really liked the one we bought just a few months ago. To update. After this review we received an email from the company offering to send me the model we had previously purchased and were so happy with, free of charge. He arrived quickly and did a great job preparing both poached eggs and omelettes. I was very impressed with the companies concern for customer satisfaction and now I have an egg cooker that does its job perfectly.
