This was my second purchase. The first purchase a year ago in the salon. The first product was amazing. It really left my hair luxuriously soft. The color of the dirt was emerald blue/green. What struck me this time was that this product arrived unsealed and the color was a dull brown. I have used it and my hair is frizzy and dry. I called Saphira. They assured me it was the same product but because it was mineral based it would look different. Do you also use other packaging? So there is no sealed product? I accepted the answer, but there are doubts. I will try again. Then I'll probably switch to another product if I don't get the results I want. The product itself smells like the first time. Great earthy, fresh scent.
