The screw holes do not match the holes on the bracket
Chair is good and comfortable enough, but the threaded holes under the seat do not match the holes on the bracket. Not very difficult, 4 holes in the bracket are aligned on top of each other, the receiver threaded holes are offset and cannot be combined. I had to drill new holes in the bracket. It wasn't the end of the world and I did it because returning it would be even more of a hassle.
