Received the truck cover tonight and installed it for the first time. I hooked a strap (that goes under the truck) and started tightening it and bam, the buckle broke and came loose. Okay, I thread the strap through the loop at the bottom of the S-Hook and Boom, the S-Hook snaps off. After 30 seconds, the buckle and hook came loose. I can't find where to attach the second strap, there are no more attachment points, and one side of the cover (where I think the attachment point should be) is torn. So I either received an item that was returned or their quality checker or nonexistent. Also, it doesn't quite match my 2019 Double Cab Silverado LT LD. It's a bit short. I had high hopes for this cover but now I am extremely disappointed and advise you to look elsewhere.
