Use this with the Gigabyte X299 Gaming 7 Pro Mobile Device in the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe Tempered Glass Case. Ideal solution for modern motherboards that offer USB 3.0 Superspeed (aka USB 3.1 Gen 1) and USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports and attach them to the front of the case (assuming you have spare space for a 5.25-inch -Drive). My mobo supports 2x USB 2.0 ports, 2 USB 3.0 ports and 1 USB 3.1 port (designed to support Type-C ports). While it's fairly easy to find cases and front panel modules that plug into USB 2.0 and 3.0 port adapters, it's very difficult to find one that supports the new USB 3.1 Gen 2, especially if you're using it on the front of the case. It was the perfect solution. My case uses one USB 3.0 port (and one USB 2.0 port). The EZDIY-Fab uses a second USB 3.0 port and a USB connector. 3.1 and they have worked flawlessly so far.
